had a fabulous valentines day stay at sekupang! holiday inn exceeded expectations with their amazing spa, friendly staff, and delicious teppanyaki. loved the surprise room decorations and cake for our anniversary. can't wait to go back!

lacking pool toys for kids.

The Spa is definitely great !!I The Japanese Tepanyaki by the pool is excellent in term of food and environment.....but the price is on the high side. Good breakfast with many selections and some menu did change at different day, a plus point.

Recommend more seats or sofa at the lobby for customers that have checked out and waiting for transport to Ferry Terminal. Quite a number of customers (including myself) were standing around for quite some time.

Good beds. Staff was all so excellent. Sekupang neighborhood is worth seeing. The pool:)))

Friendly staff and a delicious buffet breakfast 🥞.

The hotel is purely for relax..they have an excellent spa service.very clean and well maintained.staffs are very friendly and flexible. Taxi service provided by hotel is great.

The staff are friendly. They serve guests with heart. The spa is excellent, professional, gentle, comfort and warm. The resort is an ideal place for short break.

The two-bedroom suites were spacious and comfortable. The facilities, including the pool and trampolines, were great for children. The spa and massage session by Kadek were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Can't fault anything about it.

I like the pools. They are huge. My children enjoy themselves. An ideal place for relaxation with family.

There are funny smell in the toilets although they are clean.

I was with my family for a short Chinese New Year getaway..There was altogether 12 of us. We have old people, young people and children. The hotel is beautiful and family friendly..It has all sorts of facilities to cater to everyone..The hotel staff were always helpful. They always respond to our requests with smile and patience..A place that is highly recommended for family and even romantic getaway..oh I forgot to mention, the spa at Tea Tree House was heavenly, I wish it would never end....

The location doesn't have much at the area..if you are interested in venturing out of the resort, you must be ready to travel for at least 20 minutes to Ngoya Hill and other city areas...

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities are fantastic, providing amenities that kept our family well-entertained. The moment we arrived, we noticed how clean and well-maintained everything was. We thoroughly enjoyed the accessibility of the parking and shuttle transportation services. The hotel's location was superb, providing a convenient distance to the swimming area and the buffet area. This city's nearest medical centre was also easily accessible in case of any emergencies. The staff was the highlight of our stay, always showing their courteousness and friendliness during our interactions.

Location is slightly inconvenient, lack of sufficient leisure activities.

The view from the balcony was nice and we had access to a variety of free facilities including swimming pools and a fitness center. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were dusty and the aircon did not work properly. We also had to wait a long time for our rooms to be ready and the cleanliness of the Panda club left much to be desired.

Hotel with 2 bedrooms, rate is reasonable

Without a beach front for children's to enjoy and relax.

The Best part of Holiday Inn Batam is that it continues the reputation of the hotel chain. The Spa is just too good and you are spoilt for food . Kids will love the pool and games. Its self contained and you dont need to venture out. Only flip side is there is nothing else in the neighborhood, though the hotel has shuttle services to shopping district & ferry terminals.

Its Location and the fact that some of its restaurants are closed during weekdays.
